All shipping offers apply only to the Continental USA. Anyone living in Hawaii, Alaska, or outside of the USA must schedule their own pick-up at their own cost. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.

For smaller orders, our standard method of transportation is FedEx Ground. For orders weighting 150 lbs. or more, we may choose to use an LTL common carrier. However, we also use UPS or United States Postal Service for some locations.  When payment is received via PayPal or credit card, we e-mail the tracking number as soon as the label is printed from our systems. To track your package, please visit the applicable website and use their tracking system.

Transit Times

Please note that we ship most items within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of payment. However, processing can take up to 5 to 6 business days. We do not ship out any products on Saturday or Sunday. Also note that transit time depends on the shipping address. Most products are shipped from Houston, Texas. Most orders are delivered in 6 to 12 business days from the time of actual carrier pick up.

Customers may expedite the order by paying for expedited shipping. Each carrier has its own delivery chart for each zone of the USA. Please visit their respective websites to learn more. We are not responsible for delayed shipments.

If there are any specific details that the carrier must know about your shipping address (narrow/one-way street, small truck required, etc.) or have specific instructions, the customer must make BlockTile aware under the “note” section or via email. Customers are responsible to inform BlockTile about any issues/instructions of their delivering address.

Shipping Services

There are extra services that are not included with standard LTL shipping. These additional shipping services include inside delivery, guaranteed delivery, address change, limited access, remote access area, apartment delivery, storage facility delivery, destination terminal storage, and re-delivery. The customer may pay for these additional services by contacting BlockTile Customer Service.

BlockTile is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, stolen, or delayed shipments, nor product damage caused by the carrier. Since FedEx does not require an authorized signature upon receipt of the shipment, there would be an additional fee for that service as well.

Note: BlockTile is not responsible for any deadline orders if an order was not placed in a timely manner. We recommend placing any order 1 ½ to 2 weeks before the necessary deadline since carriers sometimes experience unforeseen delivery issues. In addition, we cannot guarantee any expedited shipping orders placed during holidays as carriers have their own holiday schedules.

Small Parcel Shipments

If the order ships via FedEx, the driver will leave the package(s) on either the front or back porch of the specified address, with or without the recipient present. Ground service delivery does not require a signature; however, in some situations, the ModuTile shipping department may require a signature. A signature may be required if a package is shipped to an uncertain or busy location (apartments, condos, etc.). If you do not want to be home to sign for it, you may call FedEx to hold the package at the location for you to pick up. However, you must communicate with the carrier before the 3rd delivery attempt.

Customers are responsible for tracking their package and contacting the carrier with delivery instructions. The customer is responsible for origination and return fees; if the product is rejected by the buyer, or fails to make appropriate arrangement to sign for package, and or fails to pick up from terminal.
